How to Request an Exchange
To start the exchange process, simply email us at rippleloops@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will guide you through the quick and easy exchange.

Exchanges apply only to products that have been downloaded.
We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, in accordance with our digital content policy.
The exchanged product must be of equal or lesser value. If you choose a higher-priced item, we’ll provide a simple upgrade option
